The Training Program
The ILM Practitioners Training Program consists of 4 parts, that includes Basic Course (4 modules), Movement Class Teacher Training, Advanced Course and Internship year. Completing all four parts of this training and our internship process enables you to receive a permanent ILM Practitioner Diploma and allows you to be part of the ILM Members Club – ILM Circle of Practitioners.

ILM Movement Teacher Training
What are ILM movement classes about?
The classes are made to improve the inner body dialogue and to develop our functional abilities. To self treat, or offer it to others.
In these classes, participants are laying on the floor, sitting or standing, and exploring a huge variety of movements.
Through extensive use of unique imagery and physical challenges, participants discover fresh and new movement, while reducing effort and strain.
The skill and understanding grow side by side, while limitations and pain disappear.
Vitality and joy grow immensely.
What happens in the course?
In the classes we go daily through the ILM class notebook, learn and explore all the class structures and suggestions, and teach them daily to one another, with mutual feedback.
It’s a deep immersive process, rich with ongoing dialogue and development.
Each day begins with the chosen lesson.
It continues with a clear breakdown of the lesson through dialogue and demonstrations.
In the third part of the day, students will experience guiding the basic structure of the lesson.
ILM Movement Teacher Training
General information: This course is the 2nd step in the 2-year ILM certification program.
It is a unique and rare opportunity to dive and study the movement classes in the method, as well as practice how to teach them to others.
By the end of this 10-day in-depth journey, the student is fully certified to teach ILM movement classes, for patients, students and the general public.

- 2nd part participation:700 EUR To be paid in cash upon arrival or via bank transfer until April 30th, 2024
- 3rd part enrollment: 400 EUR To be paid until August 15th, 2024
- 3rd part participation:200 EUR To be paid in cash upon arrival or via bank transfer until November 15th, 2024
Important information:
- Registration fee is non-refundable. Must be paid immediately after course registration. Your place in the course is secured only upon completing the registration fee payment which will be deducted from the total price.
